duet translations part 3.......last one !
P.38 (matsumoto jun x ohno satoshi) 
matsumoto: hey leader, how's it going these days?
ohno: these days.....work's getting busy. i went to see your play a while ago! it was so good ! i didn't understand the play a bit, but the tempo was good, and i was never bored. but i don't want to do it myself. it seems so hard. 
matsumoto: hey hey hey! "you DON'T want to do it"? at least say "you CAN'T do it" for the sake of the people who made it (lol)
ohno: whenever i go see other people's play, i think to myslef "how they heck can they manage to do that?" but people say the samething to me. 
matsumoto: right ? i think its also got to do with character. i think i can never manage the paly you have done, and i cant even imagine. all the plays you've done, it really fit you. 
ohno: i thought, "matsujun, how can you memorize all that lines" (lol) you always get that feeling, no matter who's play you go watch. 
matsumoto: you also do the same thing!
ohno: i know.....but im not sure how to say this. i think to my self, we (jun and ohno) were always together.....so when did you memorize it?
matsumoto: (lol)
ohno: well especially because your part in that play was superlong, and it doesn't make any sense, and you're screaming.....you're so sugoi ! i would never want to do it myself. but it was still very fun to watch. my seat was right behind the gap between seats, so you came to act right infront of me. and i thought "shit, is he going to say something at me?" and my heart was pounding......
matsumoto: but it wasn't a scene like that, it was serious and it was unnatural for me to talk to you at that scene.
ohno: but the play had so many unexpected scenes.....and you were in front of me for such a long time.....so i thought maybe.
matsumoto: (lol) you know that passage way, those seats are mostly for people who are related to the business (meaning not fans) so its even weirder for the one who's acting. i always tried not to look around when i was acting infront of that seat.
ohno: i tried not to look at you as well (lol)
matsumoto: i know....its too weird.....by the way, leader, don't you have anywhere you want to go?
ohno: (loudly) OKINAWA! 
matsumoto: what a surprise ! me too ! (lol)
ohno: its a surprise that we both want to go to the same place ?(lol) lets go on a trip without deciding which hotel to stay in, or just just sleep outside, and the money we bring is the money we need to get on the plane to go to okinawa. 
matsumoto: NO! don't do that! (lol) we won't be able to come back. (lol)
ohno: i know, thats the point. we won't come back. (lol)
matsumoto: i don't think it will go that way (lol) but during autumn when we have time, let's meet up at okinawa !

(jun seems to be like a big brother of satoshi-chan....lol satoshi-chan.....you were always with matsujun ? don't make nino and shochan jealous !)

ohno: nino, thanks for the souveneirs!
ninomiya: i gave captain a cap & sweatshirt, junkun a mug, shokun a ring, aiba-chan a western book. i picked the stuff considering what they will actually use!
aiba: well recently i go overseas frequently, so i need to learn more english......
ninomiya: you said you wanted to learn english
sakurai: but that was a book about "aikido¹" 
matsumoto: i've never heard before that aiba-chan wanted to do aikido. 
aiba: thats because i've never did say it (lol) and that book is so weird, i think it was originally a japanes book, translated into english. (lol)
ohno: i wore my sweatshirt right in front of nino! it fit me so well ! i'd probably wear it some other time. but i was amazed....where did you find a sweatshirt in the US with the words "fuchu" on it....(lol)
nino: jun's mug was.....
matsumoto: huge.
aiba: its roughly the size of a beer server. (lol)
matsumoto: no, its even bigger! if you put something hot in it, by the time you finish drinking, it'll be cold (lol)
ninomiya: i thought you might use it during your play, but im sure you will use it at concerts. 
matsumoto: yes, of course i will (lol)
sakurai: hey, my ring is so big.
ninomiya: it has your initials in it! isn't that good ?
matsumoto: nino, you bought it because it reminded of you "SHOW"'s S right ? (lol)
ninomiya: fufu....to say the truth, that ring cost quite a lot, but i could use the staff discount.
sakurai: oh the WB production.....ic ic 
ninomiya: i asked the LA staff if they can make it cheaper, and they told me if i bring my call sheet and my passport and say "this is me" they'll make it cheaper. 
sakurai: wow! i didn't know they did stuff like that!
matsumoto: while nino were gone, we were on a music show once. with the four of us. it was quite.....different.
sakurai: it was weird.
matsumoto: i thought having a formation without a center person isn't very good looking.
ninomiya: i saw it on tape. i was surprised you can just do it with the four of you.
sakurai: like matsujun said......no one in the center was weird looking.
matsumoto: without a center person, the formation is always the same no matter how you change places.
aiba: yeah it felt so weird.
matsumoto: it did feel weird.....like "bad" weird. i realized how much we are used in being with the five of us. 
ninomiya: yeah we sang with the five of us all the time.
sakurai: we also noticed that we also talk with this same rotation. we will notice that no one will "tsukkomu²". and we will notice "oh yea....nino's not here"
matsumoto: but the five of us all together is also refreshing since nino has been away
sakurai: oh yeah i get that feeling too!
matsumoto: there has been times where individual members has gone on separate jobs like plays and dramas, and that will add on to the value and depth of arashi....and we will notice that when we get together with the five of us. but this time that was much longer with more than a month blank. we notice that "something" added on to arashi much stronger, and even when nino was away, we will take that as a plus when he comes back, and not as a minus when he is away.
sakurai: i felt music station so fun ! (lol)
ninomiya: it ended in a click!
aiba: we got to play basketball !(lol)
matsumoto: i noticed that the staff brought a ball to the set, so i thought it was rude not to use it....
sakurai: how kind! (lol) im sure the art staff was very happy.
aiba: and during the rehersal, leader used the ball very nicely for that ending.....
sakurai: and he was even better during the acutal live. (lol) a much better pose. and they took a close up shot on him! good work!
ninomiya: i learned that a close up should be gained by a hard work like that.....
sakurai: matsujun's assist and satoshikun's goal! and the talk was mainly about our.....lower part of our body (lol)
ninomiya: we're going to get scolded again.....><
sakurai: our album is going to be out on the 7/5, and although we don't have solo songs this year, we still have a song where each of us gets focused.
ninomiya: i was so surprised when i got a mail (at LA) saying "the album is going to be with a mix of dance songs that you said you wanted to do". who the hell said they wanted to do dance songs ?
ohno: no one....said it (lol)
aiba: but im sure its going to be a good album. the tour schedule is also out, we start and end at yokohama! 
sakurai: near tokyo.....but im also excited tht we are going to visit places we've never been to like fukui !
matsumoto: for the first press release CD, there is going to be a DVD made witha selection of songs from the "one" concert we did last summer. while watching that dvd, think back things like "oh yeah the concert was like that" or "what's it going to be like this year?"............don't you think so leader?
ohno: yeap yeap !


1. aikido - im not sure how to explain....something between judo and tecondo
2. tsukkomu - hard one.....for example if aibachan says something stupid (eg. todays g no arashi is 2 hours long!), nino says something that shots down that stupid line lol (eg. no its not! you baka......) uh....very bad example but something like that. nino and matsumoto and sometimes shokun is normally the person who does this.
